In a distinction unmatched by most tribute acts, Damage Inc was personally invited by Metallica to tour with the band as part of the 2023 M72 World Tour Weekend Takeover "...And Tributes for All" events, performing every Saturday throughout the North American run. They were also invited for Metallica’s 2025 San Francisco Weekend Takeover and previously performed during the band’s 40th Anniversary Weekend Takeover in 2021. In 2026, Damage Inc was incited yet again my Metallica to perform select events supporting Metallica's residency at The Sphere in Las Vegas.
